Even from children to adults they agree that chocolate is the best choice

Chocolate is the name for the processed food or drink from cocoa beans. Chocolate itself there are various types, ranging from dark chocolate, white chocolate, milk chocolate and much more.
Talking about chocolate, in the past, chocolate was believed to be one of the foods that could only be consumed by nobles. But, right now ..
Chocolate can be consumed by all circles of society. Even now various brands are starting to vary, we just have to adjust to want to buy a brand which suits our budget.

Well this time I want to share how to process chocolate into delicious snacks for home storage to accompany relaxing when at home. The Chocolate that i will share the recipe is Choco Lava
The ingredients needed are :

● 4 tablespoons of Blue Band Cake and Cookies
● 3 tablespoons flour
● 60 gram Dark Chocolate Compound (DCC)
● 4 eggs
● 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
● 4 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk

Step by step how to make choco lava :
● Melt margarine or butter with DCC, then set aside.
● Beat the eggs and sugar with a stirring spoon until the sugar has dissolved, then put the flour sieve in. Mix the ingredients together.When beating eggs and sugar. use a mixer with medium speed. These two ingredients must be mixed evenly until the color becomes pale and the texture becomes fluffy. Chocolate melt should have a warm temperature when put in the mixture and the mixer must be turned on at a low speed.
after that pour the mixture of DCC and margarine which has been melted slowly.  Add sweetened condensed milk and keep stirring.
● After that, heat the steam. While waiting, you can grease the mold with margarine so that the dough is not sticky. This method will make the Choco Lava filling more melt and the shape of the cake looks beautiful when served.
● Pour the mixture over into the mold, then steam over high heat for about 5 minutes. Then, lift and serve.
● Remove the cakes from the oven or steamed pan one by one. Then let the cake cool. Then, you can remove the choco lava from the mold slowly by using a knife stabbed into the edge of the mold. After successfully separating the cake from the mold. turn the mold over the plate to enhance the appearance of your choco lava cake, just sprinkle refined sugar or cinnamon powder on top. You can also add cherries or strawberries to decorate, so the cake looks more attractive.
Choco Lava is ready to be served 👌
